Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to drive new business development through several channels including internal banking partners, internal/external business partners, external search consultants and direct to institutional buyers. The sales director will be responsible for the growth of the segment and, working in concert with practice leadership, to build the organization's brand within their market segment. Brand building may include speaking at events/conferences, contributing to thought leadership pieces, or other similar activities. This individual will be accountable for the development and achievement of the revenue growth within their market segment. This position will report to the Head of Distribution.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - 7 or more years of related institutional business development experience in the endowment & foundation and not-for-profit market segment - FINRA series 6 and 63 licensed
Preferred Skills/Experience
Deep knowledge of the specific Healthcare marketplace
Strong business development/sales skills including relationship management skills
Demonstrated experience in organizing and leading a sales process resulting in closed new business
In-depth knowledge of OCIO market products and services
Knowledge and experience in Capital Markets
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $139,230.00 - $163,800.00
