Working remotely, the full-time salaried Talent Management Director will enable talent pipeline building across the organization by designing, coordinating, and implementing talent management and development processes while acting as a strategic partner and tactical leader.
Key responsibilities
Support and engage business leaders and HR partners on Talent Management and Development initiatives
Design project plans and track progress for talent programs and initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of timelines
Conduct organizational assessments to identify development needs and implement solutions for improved effectiveness and performance
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
10+ years in a Talent Management/Talent Development leadership role or HR role with a focus on Talent Management
Experience managing and implementing enterprise-wide programs and projects
Familiarity with Korn Ferry competency set and SuccessFactors is desired
Certifications in various assessment tools are strongly preferred
