Recruiting Sourcer

Our client, a leader in the space & defense manufacturing industry, is looking to hire a Recruiting Sourcer. This role will be onsite 3x per week in Lake Mary, FL. *This job is a 6-month W2 contract role with benefits!*
As a Recruiting Sourcer, you will drive recruitment strategies and manage the identification and selection of talent from internal and external candidate pools for government IT & technology roles.
Responsibilities:
Identifying and engaging potential candidates to support the recruitment efforts of the project team
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking
Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates to gauge interest and fit for open positions
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and provide suitable candidates
Track and document sourcing activities and candidate interactions in PeopleSoft ATS
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience in Strategic Candidate Sourcing or related field
Working knowledge of ATS and/or PeopleSoft HRIS or similar HRIS platforms
Prior experience in IT and/or technology candidate sourcing
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree
Prior experience in the government, tech, SaaS, or financial services industry a plus!
