Station Manager

Own and manage full Ocean Freight P&L for the station, driving gross profit and cost control. Deliver productivity targets and optimize operational efficiency. Partner with Sales to drive local growth, customer retention, and upsell opportunities. Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions to meet targets. Ensure adherence to DHL global processes and service standards in all shipments. Oversee execution of ocean freight operations (FCL, LCL, special cargo)Maintain full compliance with regulatory requirements (import/export, customs, commodity and trade lanes)Identify and lead process improvement initiatives using DHL performance tools.
