We are seeking a strategic and creative

Remote Social Media Manager

to oversee and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is skilled in content creation, community engagement, and analytics, and can develop and execute campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Position Summary

We are looking for someone to develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals, create, curate, and schedule high‑quality content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and Pinterest, monitor social media channels, engage with followers, analyze metrics, generate reports, collaborate with marketing, design and content teams, stay up‑to‑date with trends, manage advertising campaigns and budgets, engage influencers and partners, and maintain content calendars for timely posting.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
Create, curate, and schedule high‑quality content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages.
Analyze metrics and generate reports to measure performance, engagement, and ROI.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and online communities to grow brand visibility.
Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting across all channels.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a social media manager, coordinator, or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Ability to create compelling content that drives engagement.
Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
