About the Role CondéNast is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead digital product for Vogue – the world’s most influential fashion and culture brand. The role is principal‑level, owning the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Vogue’s web, app and future digital experiences. It requires shaping the brand’s digital experience through experimentation, prototyping, data‑driven decision making and a deep understanding of Vogue’s audience.
Responsibilities Product Vision & Brand Stewardship Own the product strategy and roadmap for Vogue’s digital experiences – web, app, and beyond. Develop a deep, specific point of view on what makes Vogue’s product exceptional and protect the brand while pushing into new territory.

Audience Growth & Web Experience Own the product strategy behind Vogue’s web audience, defining and driving metrics that reflect true audience behavior (engagement depth, return frequency, content interaction). Build experiences that scale reach without diluting brand integrity.

App Growth & Engagement Own the Vogue app as a distinct product surface with its own engagement model, retention strategy and value proposition. Develop a sharp view on the app’s purpose and drive it through experimentation and data‑driven iteration.

AI‑Powered Personalisation Lead Vogue’s investment in AI‑powered product experiences such as personalised editorial surfaces, smart content discovery, style recommendations and search. Prototype with AI tools, drive from concept to test, and stay at the frontier of AI application in fashion and culture media.

Experimentation & Product Analytics Own the experimentation programme for Vogue – design, run, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests across the digital experience. Translate quantitative signals and qualitative user research into clear product direction and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Commerce Build shopping and discovery experiences that feel earned and convert without compromising brand integrity, reflecting Vogue’s authority in fashion discovery and purchase.

Editorial Partnership Build genuine partnership with Vogue’s editorial team, translating editorial vision into product experiences that feel native to the brand’s voice.

Prioritisation & Delivery Drive product prioritisation within a 12‑month horizon, manage cross‑functional teams, convert business objectives into clear development plans and deliver features that move the needle.

Stakeholder Communication Align senior stakeholders to the product roadmap, write sharp product briefs, and own all product documentation (strategy, status, decisions).

Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience in digital media, publishing or consumer products with a track record of shipping web and app experiences.
Genuine Vogue reader with strong opinions about the brand’s voice and audience.
Business‑minded, able to size markets, write business cases and articulate commercial impact to senior stakeholders.
Experimentation fluency: ownership or deep contribution to A/B testing programmes, design of valid tests and data‑driven decision making.
Strong product analytics skills: comfortable with data tracking tools, funnel and cohort analysis, and building instrumentation.
App product experience: ownership or significant contribution to a consumer app, understanding app‑specific engagement dynamics.
Prototyper’s instinct: move fast from concept to artifact using Figma, no‑code tools, AI tools or similar.
AI‑native orientation: daily use of AI, shipping or contributing to AI‑powered features, treating AI as a core capability.
Experience in fashion, luxury or culture products and editorial partnership experience.
Comfort with ambiguity and large, complex organisations, driving alignment without direct authority.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working across time zones and functions.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Bonus: experience at a media or publishing company.
Expected base salary range for this position is $185,000–$215,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including skill, training, experience and education.
