Sales Executive, Germany

As a Sales Executive in our Ophthalmology division, you will play a crucial role in promoting our innovative products to healthcare professionals and institutions. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to start their career in medical sales, with a focus on developing relationships in the ophthalmology sector.
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive (m/w/d) in Germany to join our dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development: Assist in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities within the ophthalmology market.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists, clinics, and hospitals to promote our products.
Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our ophthalmology products and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the ophthalmology field.
Sales Presentations: Support senior sales staff in preparing and delivering sales presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted at ophthalmology professionals.
Reporting: Assist in tracking sales metrics and reporting on performance to help refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Strong interest in medical sales, particularly in ophthalmology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent German and English language skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
