NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a

Vice President of Marketing

to join our client’s team in

St. Petersburg, FL . This is a

hybrid, direct hire position.

Salary
$180,000-$215,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements

10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

Cyber industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy and roadmap

Define and strengthen market position, value proposition, and brand presence

Monitor industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive activity

Establish marketing goals, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks

Lead demand generation programs to increase qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue

Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with business development objectives

Optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies across channels

Track and report on marketing performance, ROI, and revenue contribution

Oversee brand strategy and ensure consistency across all communications

Direct content marketing, thought leadership, PR, and social media initiatives

Strengthen the company's reputation and visibility within target markets

Oversee website strategy, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and automation

Utilize analytics and market intelligence to improve campaign effectiveness

Manage marketing technology platforms, reporting tools, and vendor relationships

Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing marketing team

Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources effectively

Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives

Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
