The Opportunity

As a Sales Representative, you'll be on the front lines of our growth — working directly in the field to introduce homeowners to solar energy solutions.
Our compensation structure includes performance-based

base pay plus commission . Top performers who apply themselves, follow the process, and stay consistent will earn

up to $40,000 in their first 3 months .
You'll be trained, coached, and supported — but your results will ultimately reflect your effort.
What You'll Do

Work assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners
Educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of solar
Track activity and results using company tools
Participate in training, coaching, and performance reviews
What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills and confidence talking with homeowners
Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
Coachable mindset and willingness to improve
Comfortable working outdoors and staying active
Reliable transportation and a smartphone
Sales experience is a plus, but not required. We're more interested in attitude, work ethic, and consistency.
