Responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for residential homeowners interested in solar energy, educating them about the benefits and financial savings of going solar. Your day typically involves:

Preparing and presenting polished solar proposals to homeowners.

Explaining the logical savings and financial benefits of owning solar.

Building relationships and trust through effective communication.

Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a flexible 4-6 hour shift schedule.

Collaborating with a supportive team to strategize and implement successful sales techniques.

Compensation
Commission‑only with no cap, earnings range from $67,600 to $125,000+ (DOE).
