To drive innovative growth strategies, the full-time Senior Brand Designer will own the creative vision for Mercury's growth channels, design compelling ad creatives, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance brand performance, with the flexibility to work remotely within the United States or Canada.
Key responsibilities
Contribute to a wide range of Brand Studio projects, including campaigns, web, social, and brand initiatives
Establish and maintain the creative vision for growth channels, ensuring brand excellence at the performance layer
Utilize creative testing to develop hypotheses and translate findings into improved creative direction
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in brand design, art direction, or visual communication
A portfolio showcasing both craft and strategic thinking in brand design
Proficiency in Figma; experience with motion and video editing is a strong plus
Strong understanding of creative testing and analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience with paid social platforms and familiarity with ad specifications is a plus
