The Account Executive (AE) acts as the main liaison between the agency and the client and will report to the Account Supervisor or VP, Account Director. The AE is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the client account, attending presentations, and ensuring creative concept approval. Work spans live‑action television shoots, content development, digital, social, and OOH and the role involves partnering with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client + Brand Advisor
Assume the main day‑to‑day client contact.
Build relationships with clients across disciplines and business areas, including Creative, Strategy/Planning, Project Management, and Production.
Seek ways to add value to the client‑agency relationship.
Respond promptly to all client and internal requests.
Become a subject‑matter expert on the client’s business, history, objectives, market trends, and vision.
Creative Collaborator and Champion
Influence high‑quality creative work by sharing client, business, and brand insights and providing strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with Planning, Project Management, and Creative to develop inspiring briefs and concepts based on the client’s initial brief.
Manage all internal checkpoints for a project, including legal, network clearance, talent management, business affairs, and trafficking.
Produce and distribute weekly/monthly status reports to stakeholders.
Growth‑Oriented Agency Leader
Provide client‑service administration: status and activity reports, meeting participation, competitor trend analyses, usage and performance tracking, scheduling (in partnership with Project Manager and Finance), and logistics coordination.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, including oversight of Assistant Account Executives.

Set priorities, organize workstreams, and act as the key point of contact for assigned projects.

What You Will Need
1–3 years of experience in a marketing agency, association, or related field.
Resourceful, strategic, and creative mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with creative platforms such as Keynote and PDF.
Excellent language and grammar skills.
Pay Range: $35,000 – $75,000 USD.
