VP of Brand Marketing

We're excited to expand our team with a VP of Brand Marketing who will play a key role in shaping and growing the Cozy Earth brand across retail, wholesale, and digital channels. This is a highly collaborative leadership role focused on building brand awareness, strengthening customer connection, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Lead and evolve Cozy Earth's overall brand strategy across retail, wholesale, and digital channels

Partner closely with product, creative, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling and execution across all customer touchpoints

Develop and lead integrated brand campaigns that support product launches, category growth, and company initiatives

Help shape how Cozy Earth shows up in the market through partnerships, collaborations, events, and marketing initiatives

Bring consumer insights and market trends into brand, creative, and go-to-market decisions

Support the continued growth of Cozy Earth's loungewear and lifestyle categories while maintaining a strong and cohesive brand identity

Work cross-functionally with retention, social, PR, influencer, paid media, and digital teams to align brand strategy with channel execution

Build and lead a high-performing brand marketing team, providing direction, mentorship, and support

Monitor brand performance, campaign results, and customer feedback to help guide future strategy

Required Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, with experience in a senior leadership role

Experience developing and growing consumer brands within a fast-paced or high-growth environment

Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign development, and multi-channel marketing

Experience working across retail, wholesale, and digital business channels

Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively across departments

Strong understanding of the lifestyle, apparel, home, or premium consumer space

Experience building and leading high-performing teams

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

Strategic thinker with a hands-on, collaborative approach

Preferred Qualifications

Background in apparel, home, lifestyle, or luxury consumer brands

Experience supporting brand growth through new product launches or category expansion

Familiarity with influencer, partnership, and community-driven marketing strategies

Experience working alongside performance or growth marketing teams
