Job Title
Eiffage Construction integrates complementary fields of urban development, real estate promotion, construction, maintenance, and service works. The company is strongly established in France through its 9 regional directions, as well as in Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal, Switzerland, and Poland.
Education: Bac +2 to Bac +5 (BTS/DUT Building, Civil Engineering, Professional License, Engineering School).
Experience: 5 years in the conduct of modular works, civil engineering or timber/concrete construction.
Qualities: autonomy, rigor, relational skills, responsiveness, leadership, organization.
Driving license B mandatory, regular travel.
Knowledge and interest in modular timber/concrete construction and off-site processes.
Management of planning, logistics, and supply.
Mastery of quality control techniques and production follow-up.
Reading and exploitation of technical plans and execution diagrams.
Organizational capacities and sense of priorities.
Itinerant position between site, headquarters, and client.
Remuneration according to profile (fixed + bonuses + company vehicle).
Equipment provided: computer, phone, PPE.
