Ultra High Net Worth Lifestyle Services Senior Product Manager
This role is responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end product life cycle for highly complex products. Key responsibilities include conducting market research and competitor analyses, determining product pricing, developing strategies, and identifying innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and deliver a unified customer experience. The role also integrates product management efforts with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and customer service strategies.

The Ultra High Net Worth Lifestyle Services Sr Product Manager will play a critical role in delivering enhanced value to our UHNW clients. The position executes on tactical elements of partner management, benefits procurement, and cross‑functional business coordination, including the launch and delivery of an exclusive program for the top UHNW clients of Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM). The manager supports the UHNW Lifestyle Services Program Executive and works closely with the Loyalty and Rewards Wealth Rewards Director.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Program Executive in developing the program’s value proposition, positioning, client team integration, and success criteria.

Construct and manage the tactical development and delivery of the Lifestyle Services Program for the UHNW client segment.

Assist in identifying and procuring client offers and experiences tailored to the UHNW.

Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging trends to keep our UHNW offering differentiated.

Collaborate with Loyalty & Rewards and Procurement teams to assess and onboard new third‑party partner vendors as needed.

Manage ongoing third‑party relationships with high‑value partners requiring specialized care.

Coordinate and oversee end‑to‑end execution of virtual and in‑person events for UHNW clients, ensuring a flawless, best‑in‑class experience.

Train and coach client teams on how to articulate the program’s value in client conversations.

Collaborate with enterprise partners (Marketing, Legal, Risk and Compliance, etc.) to ensure seamless rollout and integration.

Facilitate day‑to‑day management of the program, fielding questions from client teams.

Assist in developing pilot metrics and track metrics to inform program success.

Provide direction and oversight to junior associate(s) executing on tactical elements of program development and execution.

Identify and create comprehensive plans for product development and deployment, including sales training programs and marketing materials.

Oversee a set of products and manage financials, including investment profile and P&L activities.

Provide information on product trends to sales and marketing teams, leveraging product functionality and market insights.

Identify opportunities to streamline or enhance product offerings to fit clients’ needs and support growth.

Manage risk through implementing and monitoring controls in partnership with key support partners.

Partner with internal stakeholders to obtain insights about markets, clients, and competitors to develop fulfilling products.

Develop and influence product strategy, driving comprehensive solutions across the bank.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated strategic planning/product management skills.

Strong analytical skills with breadth of view.

Negotiation skills.

7+ years of relevant experience.

Experience working with the UHNW client segment, including key insight into client expectations, interests and needs.

Experience developing and executing offerings tailored to UHNW clients.

Experience developing and managing third‑party partnerships.

Proven track record of successfully creating and implementing business‑critical strategies, managing large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives from start to finish.

Strong communication and influence/collaboration skills.

Works effectively in a team environment.

Experience managing program metrics and meeting KPIs.

Aligns and mobilizes resources to deliver sustainable results; takes initiative and is resourceful.

Pay range: $116,600.00 – $174,300.00 annualized salary (based on experience, education and skill set).

Discretionary incentive eligible: Annual discretionary award based on performance.
