Role Overview
We are looking for a Channel Account Manager to support sales leaders and representatives within the corporate customer segment. The successful candidate will develop and implement a strategic plan to exceed expectations and grow the partner pipeline and overall channel success of the teams. Candidates must be based in either the Austin or Sunnyvale area.
Responsibilities
Strategically develop the channel sales strategy and execution for the sellers and leaders you support.
Generate pipeline growth for sellers through relationships with resellers, tech‑alliance partners, distributors, and cloud partners.
Organize and present at call‑out days, account mapping activities, campaigns, and enablement sessions.
Demonstrate the ROI of your activities using data around pipeline generation, deal registrations, and other KPIs.
Collaborate with national partner teams, distribution, and cloud teams to assist with national and regional partner strategies and campaigns.
Provide marketing and sales literature to partners, assist with sales discount pricing, channel programs, and channel promotions or incentives.
Qualifications
Based in the Austin or Sunnyvale vicinity.
Exceptional interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
University or college degree.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience at a software company or partner company (reseller, tech‑alliance partner, distributor, or cloud provider).
A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
Strategic thinker with a hunter mentality, initiative, hands‑on problem‑solving ability, and an ability to generate ideas and solutions.
Strong communicator, presenter, negotiator, and conflict resolver.
Motivated, focused self‑starter with strong leadership skills, able to multi‑task and work independently or in a team.
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision‑making, streamline workflows, and drive business outcomes.
Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
Compensation
Base salary range $50,000–$80,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and additional perks.
