Lead technical design and implementation across applications and services. Define and review architecture, design decisions, and engineering standards. Guide developers on system design, code quality, and best practices. Identify and resolve complex technical issues; perform root cause analysis. Ensure systems meet requirements for scalability, reliability, and security. Drive improvements in architecture, tooling, and development processes. Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders. Review and approve technical documentation and design artifacts. Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and testing strategy. Qualifications 6 years related work experience, with at least one year of development experience.
