Value-Added Services Sales Enablement and Content Design Specialist
We are seeking a contractor with 37 years of experience in sales enablement, content strategy, or related disciplines to support the design, development, and optimization of Value-Added Services (VAS) sales content and enablement strategies. This role will focus on leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven insights to create scalable, consistent, and impactful sales materials, while improving seller productivity and accelerating client engagement and conversion across regions.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field required

37 years of experience in sales enablement, content strategy, GTM, product marketing, or sales engineering support

Proven ability to translate complex products, pricing, and technical concepts into clear, client-ready narratives

Experience working in cross-functional environments (Product, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, or Engineering)

Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms (e.g., Copilot, Power Automate), CRM systems, and knowledge platforms preferred

Exercises independent judgment with minimal supervision

Drives execution across multiple priorities and stakeholders

Operates with a high degree of ownership in fast-paced, matrixed environments

Key Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create executive-ready content

Expertise in content design, storytelling, and simplification of complex concepts

Ability to develop modular, scalable content frameworks (pitch decks, proposals, playbooks)

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret performance metrics (e.g., content usage, win rates)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation, and content generation tools

Core Responsibilities
1. AI-Driven Content Strategy

Support the development and execution of a centralized, AI-powered sales content strategy

Build scalable frameworks including pitch decks, one-pagers, proposals, and playbooks

Ensure consistency of messaging across products and regions while enabling localization

2. Content Design & Experience

Translate complex product, implementation, and pricing structures into simple, compelling client narratives

Develop modular content adaptable by client segment, region, and opportunity

Ensure all materials are visually consistent, brand-aligned, and executive-ready

3. Sales Enablement & Adoption

Design and support enablement programs, toolkits, and playbooks to drive seller productivity

Partner with sales teams to ensure relevance, usability, and adoption of content

Support tracking of content usage across the sales lifecycle

4. AI & Automation Integration

Implement and support AI-driven solutions to:

Generate proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials

Summarize client insights and meeting outputs

Recommend next-best actions and content based on pipeline stage

Partner with Tech and Data teams to integrate tools such as Copilot, Power Automate, CRM systems, and knowledge platforms

5. Performance & Insights

Track KPIs such as content usage, sales cycle efficiency, win rates, and seller productivity

Leverage insights to continuously improve content and enablement strategies

Support feedback loops with stakeholders across Sales, Product, and GTM

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product, Marketing, Pricing, and Sales Engineering teams to align content to commercialization priorities and GTM strategies

Support strategic deal development and executive communications
