For our client, we are seeking a Go-To-Market (gtm) Digital Natives Program Leader to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $269,800 – $370,900 annually

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end operating model for global execution across sales and engineering teams

Translate industry strategies into actionable commercial motions for scalability

Design and implement programs that drive demand generation and consumption growth

Create high-quality, scalable program assets to support organizational objectives

Foster continuous field adoption of strategic initiatives through community engagement

Collaborate with partner teams to enhance data-sharing ecosystems

Establish monitoring systems to track program impact and product performance

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in a strategic operational role, preferably in technology or SaaS

Strong understanding of AI technologies, Lakehouse architecture, and data governance

Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies at scale

Demonstrated ability to synthesize feedback from diverse stakeholders into actionable strategies

Experience in influencing executive leadership without direct authority

Excellent analytical skills with expertise in full-funnel sales mechanics

Hands‑on experience building AI systems, including MLOps and predictive models
