For our client, we are seeking a Digital Native Go‑To‑Market (gtm) Leader to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data‑driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology‑driven environment.

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $308,700 – $424,500 annually

Responsibilities

Design and execute repeatable, global go‑to‑market motions for Digital Natives

Work with sales teams to identify high‑growth use cases and create technical strategies

Engage with priority accounts and influence stakeholders in strategic deals

Act as a trusted technical advisor to CTOs and Engineering leaders

Leverage understanding of open‑source to align the company' value proposition

Collaborate with teams to drive adoption of an interconnected data‑sharing ecosystem

Establish thought leadership by authoring blogs and speaking at industry events

Influence product and engineering teams based on customer needs

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in leadership roles within a 'Digital Native' environment (e.g., SaaS, FinTech)

Deep hands‑on experience with the company and Data/AI technologies

Proven track record of building AI systems (MLOps, GenAI apps)

Strong understanding of the open‑source ecosystem and its integration with enterprise solutions

Experience developing global, scalable go‑to‑market motions for growth

Genuine desire to share architectural best practices with the community

Ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders
