Drive high‑cadence Product Core Team forums and Deep‑Dive reviews to unblock technical hurdles, streamline agentic release planning, and ensure business‑critical milestones are met.
Act as a catalyst for change within Product and Technology, fostering a culture of innovation while maintaining the rigor of a world‑class SaaS delivery engine.
Enable the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the Agentforce Commerce Cloud portfolio, ensuring complex dependencies across scrum teams and divisions are seamlessly integrated.
Serve as a trusted advisor for senior‑level stakeholders, providing data‑driven insights to influence strategic decision‑making and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
10+ years of professional experience leading large‑scale enterprise product programs in a fast‑paced environment.
5+ years of Technical Program Management experience at the Manager level or above, with a proven track record of building high‑output teams.
Comprehensive understanding of the SaaS business model and Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle (SDLC) at massive scale.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to drive consensus across a global, matrixed organization.
A related technical degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Foundational knowledge or training in AI frameworks and their application in enterprise software.
Professional Agile Scrum certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional – ScrumMaster (CSP‑SM) or Certified Scrum Professional – Product Owner (CSP‑PO).
Compensation and Benefits
The typical base salary range for this position is $150,100 – $273,000 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range is $180,200 – $298,400 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
