Entry-Level Communications Representative

What You'll Do:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly support
- Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Assist with resolving customer concerns while delivering a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication
- Support administrative and customer engagement initiatives as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Communications, Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field)
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service, internship, campus leadership, or administrative experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
