As we continue to grow, we are seeking an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Admin & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.


Position Overview


The Admin & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, client communications, sales follow-up, and marketing initiatives.


This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, is highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


You will work closely with leadership, project managers, clients, vendors, and marketing partners to ensure smooth operations while helping grow the Regal Constructions brand.


Responsibilities


Administrative Duties


* Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries

* Schedule appointments, meetings, and site visits

* Maintain digital and physical project files

* Prepare proposals, contracts, invoices, and project documents

* Assist with permit applications and administrative paperwork

* Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams

* Maintain CRM records and customer databases

* Track leads and project opportunities


Marketing & Sales Support


* Manage social media accounts and content scheduling

* Create marketing materials using Canva or similar platforms

* Update website content and project portfolios

* Assist with email marketing campaigns

* Coordinate photography and project showcases

* Support showroom events, networking events, and client appreciation events

* Follow up with leads and assist with customer relationship management

* Help improve online presence and brand visibility


Qualifications


Required


* Strong administrative and organizational skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Professional customer service experience

* Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

* Strong attention to detail and follow-through

* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset


Preferred


* Marketing, social media, or content creation experience

* Experience with Canva, CRM software, and email marketing platforms

* Experience in construction, interior design, real estate, or home services industries

* Event planning or project coordination experience

* Basic sales and lead management experience
