Our team combines speed, quality, and attention to detail while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.As we continue to grow, we are seeking an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Admin & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.Position OverviewThe Admin & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, client communications, sales follow-up, and marketing initiatives.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, is highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.You will work closely with leadership, project managers, clients, vendors, and marketing partners to ensure smooth operations while helping grow the Regal Constructions brand.ResponsibilitiesAdministrative DutiesManage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiriesSchedule appointments, meetings, and site visitsMaintain digital and physical project filesPrepare proposals, contracts, invoices, and project documentsAssist with permit applications and administrative paperworkCoordinate communication between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teamsMaintain CRM records and customer databasesTrack leads and project opportunitiesMarketing & Sales SupportManage social media accounts and content schedulingCreate marketing materials using Canva or similar platformsUpdate website content and project portfoliosAssist with email marketing campaignsCoordinate photography and project showcasesSupport showroom events, networking events, and client appreciation eventsFollow up with leads and assist with customer relationship managementHelp improve online presence and brand visibilityQualificationsRequiredStrong administrative and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional customer service experienceExperience with Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and follow-throughPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetPreferredMarketing, social media, or content creation experienceExperience with Canva, CRM software, and email marketing platformsExperience in construction, interior design, real estate, or home services industriesEvent planning or project coordination experienceBasic sales and lead management experienceWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:Professional and dependableHighly organized and proactiveComfortable communicating with luxury clienteleA strong problem-solver who takes initiativePassionate about customer service and marketingExcited to grow with a fast-growing construction companyCompensationCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesCareer growth opportunitiesSupportive and professional work environment
