Are you a

We are looking for a

Junior Business Development Representative (BDR)

to join our team in Merrimack, NH.

No extensive experience required — we provide full training from day one.

This role offers the opportunity to

learn how B2B sales works in a global company , develop communication and business skills, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial environment.

You will work alongside experienced team members, gaining practical experience and progressively taking on more responsibility.

Responsibilities
Business Development & Prospecting
In your first months, you will learn how to:

Identify potential customers and business opportunities

Reach out to prospects via calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels

Qualify leads and manage them in the CRM system

Build first relationships with potential clients

Sales Support

Assist in preparing and sending commercial offers and quotations

Follow up on leads, quotes, and opportunities

Support customer inquiries with guidance from senior team members

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Customer Service & Coordination

Support customers with documentation, certifications, and basic requests

Monitor orders and communicate updates to customers

Help resolve customer issues with the support of the team

Keep CRM and internal systems updated

Your responsibilities will grow as you gain experience and confidence in the role.

Requirements

Recent graduate or

early-career candidate (0–1 year of experience)

Interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles

Strong communication skills and willingness to talk to new people daily

Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn

Organized with strong follow‑up skills

Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus, but

not required

We value attitude, curiosity, and coachability more than prior experience.
