Requirements:
We require U.S. citizenship for this federal agency role.
We require one of the following information assurance certifications: CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP, or CISSP.
We are looking for strong front-end development skills with HTML5, CSS3 and SCSS, JavaScript and TypeScript, jQuery, Angular, React, Redux, Bootstrap, and UI/UX design principles.
We need solid back-end development experience using PHP, Python with Django, C# with .NET, Java with Spring Framework, Ruby on Rails, or Node.js.
We expect experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, and SQLite, including complex SQL querying and data visualization.
We value familiarity with Docker and, ideally, Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
We look for knowledge of AWS or Azure for scalable cloud deployment.
We expect understanding of system architecture concepts such as MVC patterns and experience with web servers like Tomcat or IIS.
We need the ability to build RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for service-to-service communication.
We prefer experience with Agile practices, tools such as Jira or Trello, and familiarity with SDLC processes.
We are looking for strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
We value experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
We require the ability to conduct unit testing and code reviews to support high-quality development.

Responsibilities:
We collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather needs and turn them into functional web solutions using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
We design and build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript to deliver seamless experiences across devices.
We develop robust back-end systems with technologies such as PHP, Python, C#, Java, and Node.js, and integrate RESTful APIs and SOAP web services for data exchange.
We manage databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, SQLite, and others to store and retrieve application data efficiently.
We implement DevOps practices by configuring CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitHub Actions, using Docker containers, and automating deployments with Ansible or Azure DevOps.
We ensure website security and improve performance by applying SEO best practices, web design principles, and sound system architecture planning.
We conduct unit testing and code reviews, and we use version control systems such as Git or SVN to support collaborative development.
