Responsibilities
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Develop a deep understanding of ACV's dealer solutions and proactively engage current customers to drive adoption.
Meet and beat monthly and quarterly sales and customer retention goals.
Partner directly with the Field Sales team to develop and execute sales strategies for your assigned markets to retain and grow your customer base and unit volume.
Drive strong customer relationships through multiple communication channels (text, phone, email, Slack).
Maintain orderly records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Create a positive experience by proactively reaching out to customers to understand buying needs and offering creative solutions.
Provide ongoing sales support and present additional products and services to existing customers.
Stay informed about automotive market trends, auction practices, and customer preferences to provide guidance.
Monitor account performance via assessments, identify product opportunities, and ensure adherence to policy agreements.
Identify customers with gaps in bid and buy activity and work to re-engage them on the ACV platform.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual is a plus.
Self‑motivated drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
Excellent communication skills; able to build relationships via phone, text, email.
Sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, with a track record of retaining and growing customer bases.
Strong customer focus and dedication to enhancing the experience.
Proactive approach with initiative to reach out and identify opportunities.
Strategic thinking and ability to monitor account performance and identify new opportunities.
Adaptability to changing market conditions, customer needs, and role demands.
Team player willing to collaborate with Field and Operational teams.
Resilience to handle objections or setbacks while maintaining a positive attitude.
Tech‑savvy: comfortable using technology, software, and CRM platforms.
Time management to prioritize tasks and meet sales goals.
Compensation
$22.60 per hour. At target performance, the position may earn up to $2,000 in additional monthly compensation pursuant to ACV’s incentive compensation plan. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skillset, location, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
