Temporary Production Designer

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the full-time Temporary Production Designer will format and populate high-quality PowerPoint templates while providing support on projects in Adobe InDesign and WordPress, ensuring engaging and polished communications for employee benefits.
Key responsibilities

Format and edit PowerPoint slides, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy
Make design updates in Adobe InDesign and assist with content updates in WordPress
Conduct final design reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables are met on time

Required qualifications

At least two years of graphics/production experience in a professional environment
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and WordPress
Comfortable using standard business software such as Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of employee benefits is a plus, but not required
A creative mindset with strong attention to detail
