Social Media Strategist
We build tools that help people take on the expected—and the unexpected. For more than 40 years, we've earned the trust of tradespeople, makers, outdoor enthusiasts, first responders, and everyday problem-solvers around the world.

Now we’re looking for a Social Media Strategist to help tell that story. This is not a traditional social media role. We’re seeking a strategic, data‑driven marketer who understands how to turn social media into a powerful growth engine. Someone who can blend creativity with analytics, brand building with customer acquisition, and emerging trends with measurable business results.

If you’re energized by testing new ideas, building communities, partnering with influencers, and using social platforms to drive real business impact, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Test new ideas, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities to reach the next generation of Leatherman customers

Use data and insights to continuously improve performance and inform future strategy

What Makes You Successful
You’re equal parts strategist, storyteller, analyst, and innovator. You thrive when you:

Turn insights into action

Balance creativity with business results

Take calculated risks and learn from experimentation

Use data to make smarter decisions

Stay curious about emerging technology and consumer behavior

Build meaningful relationships internally and externally
