Sale Day Driver - ADESA Little Rock

Overview
Sale Day Drivers help move cars through the auction lanes while the auction is in progress, ensuring safety and efficient vehicle staging.

Responsibilities

Drive vehicles across the block following all safety guidelines including seatbelt, park
eutral stop, and ADESA wedge.

Safely move, stage, and park vehicles in the correct lot area.

Advise supervisor or lane captain of all breakdowns and maintenance needs immediately.

Undergo training and practice company safety policies and procedures at all times.

Operate motor vehicles safely with conservative, cautious, and courteous driving habits.

Immediately report to manager or supervisor any events that could jeopardize safe or legal operation of a motor vehicle.

Immediately report to manager or supervisor all driving‑related incidents including traffic citations, warnings, accidents, or mechanical problems on private or public property.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.

Basic computer skills required.

Ability to work outdoors under any weather conditions.

Other Requirements

Physical activity ranges from light to medium: frequent standing, watching, touching, listening, walking, talking; potential running, jumping, yelling or rapid forceful movement in emergencies.

Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception, and field of vision comparable to positions such as clerical, administrative, machine operators (including inspection).

Physical Working Conditions
This position is subject to both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, including temperature changes, external weather, slightly elevated ambient noise, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems (e.g., fumes, odors, dust) associated with internal and external service station/convenience food and petroleum dispensing operations.
