The Food & Beverage team at the renowned

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

is seeking part-time morning F&B Support Staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
This role blends hands-on service with opportunities to step into leadership moments, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys starting the day in motion, supporting a team, and helping deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences. Your Role Includes:
Deliver food promptly and accurately to guest tables
Reset and prepare tables for the next seating
Maintain water service and assist with guest table needs
Bus and clear dishes efficiently throughout service
Support servers in delivering smooth, attentive service
Assist the culinary team as needed to keep service flowing
Set up and maintain the food line for service periods
Restock supplies and product to ensure readiness at all times

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
Strong customer service mindset with excellent people skills
Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred, but not required
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
