Job Description Job Description Fiber Linemen are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fiber optic cable systems to ensure reliable and efficient telecommunications services. Working with small dedicated teams, they travel regularly to various sites to perform their duties while adhering to strict safety standards and operating specialized equipment. Responsibilities Install fiber optic cables according to technical specifications Perform splicing to connect and repair cables Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on fiber systems Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols Operate and maintain specialized tools and equipment Collaborate effectively within small teams on site Travel regularly to multiple job locations Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in fiber optic installation Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Proficiency in fiber optic splicing and cable installation Knowledge of safety compliance and equipment maintenance Strong problem-solving skills Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks Ability to work well in a team environment Effective communication skills Company Description Comprehensive HR and payroll services designed to support your people and simplify your processes.
