The Global Media & Entertainment, Advertising and Corporate Development Economics Team is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, growing organization. This is a Seattle based in-office EA role supporting multiple Directors. You will also have the ability to understand the needs of their leaders quickly, while working with minimal supervision and perform at a high level of capacity, while exceeding expectations. The team requires someone who looks around corners to plan ahead on behalf of the organization and who serves as a firm and steady anchor to ensure that the team remains customer focused while balancing the many different priorities that come into play on a daily basis. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is critical, as is a good sense of humor. You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, have a strong sense of emotional intelligence, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. You will be able to work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group, while keeping abreast of general business objectives, policies, standards, services, facilities, procedures and related information in order to maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization. The Global Media & Entertainment, Advertising and Corporate Development Economics team is at the forefront of many of Amazon's most exciting and dynamic businesses and acquisitions, with a driving focus towards the same missionto be Earth's most customer-centric company. This role requires five (5) days a week in office. Key job responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage complex scheduling Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on overdue items Act as a liaison for direct reports and other S-Team offices Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization Contribute to longer term team projects & programs Document writing, editing, and readiness Ensure accurate archiving of departmental data on appropriate sites Manage domestic and international travel as needed Be comfortable with ambiguity and able to make decisions without guidance when appropriate Have fun at work and help others do the same! The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
