U.S. Bancorp Asset Management’s Marketing Group is seeking a full‑time Regional Marketing Generalist to support our business. This role sits within Marketing’s Strategy & Planning team and partners closely with other regional marketers, the broader Marketing organization, and regional leaders and business development teams.
Responsibilities Annually support the development and execution of regional marketing plans across brands, including various local government investment pools (LGIPs), in partnership with relationship managers.
Implement region‑specific conference marketing strategy and execution, including planning, speaking topic development, and budget tracking in coordination with marketing leadership.
Create and support email marketing campaigns, manage regional communications calendar, and coordinate distribution of email marketing.
Partner with the branding team to develop and align advertising, collateral, and related materials.
Partner with the education specialist to support client education programs and CPE‑eligible offerings, including in‑person and virtual events.
Support analytics and reporting for regional marketing activities to inform planning and audience targeting.
Support additional marketing initiatives or ad‑hoc requests as needed.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
Two to four years of experience in marketing or related field.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Two to four or more years of experience in a marketing, project‑based, or related role.
Strong project management and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail; experience with tools such as Microsoft Planner.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently while taking direction as needed.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Adaptable and comfortable shifting priorities based on business needs.
Work Schedule The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which requires an in‑office presence of at least three days per week and provides flexibility to work outside the office location for the remaining days.
