Supporting the Office of MaineCare Services, the full-time Technical Writer - Maine will develop clear communication materials related to Medicaid policies and regulations, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid/remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and publish various communication materials including provider bulletins, newsletters, and web content
Develop and maintain technical documentation and manage the full document lifecycle
Collaborate with subject matter experts and facilitate communication initiatives across teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Public Policy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3+ years of professional or technical writing experience
Proven ability to simplify complex technical or policy information
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
