Edit video content directly, ensuring polished and effective ads that align with performance goals
Stay updated on platform trends and cultural shifts to keep creative work fresh and impactful

Required qualifications

4+ years of experience in video creative, art direction, or production, preferably in a performance agency or content studio
Proven track record of contributing to video creative for paid channels like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
Strong visual instincts with an eye for design, composition, and pacing
Fluency in video editing tools, capable of cutting and iterating ads independently
Curiosity about performance creative and understanding of effective hooks, pacing, and calls to action
