To support a growing creative team, the full-time Associate Art Director (Video) will concept, produce, and iterate video ads across various platforms, leveraging AI tools and collaborating closely with senior creative leads in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities

Concept and produce video creative from brief to delivery for paid social and emerging channels
Edit and iterate video ads, ensuring high-quality composition, pacing, and storytelling
Stay updated on platform trends and cultural shifts to enhance the effectiveness of creative outputs

Required qualifications

4+ years of experience in video creative, art direction, or production within a performance agency or content studio
Proven track record of contributing to video creative for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
Strong visual instincts with an eye for design, composition, and pacing
Fluency in video editing tools, capable of cutting and polishing ads independently
Curiosity about performance creative and understanding of effective advertising strategies
