Key responsibilities
Worldwide channel campaign execution
- Co‑create the global channel campaign strategy with channel, retailer, and market insights to ensure campaigns are commercially effective and brand‑consistent.
- Own the resulting campaign calendar: plan, coordinate and execute across all markets in alignment with NPI launches, seasonal moments and trade priorities.
- Serve as the primary interface between Corsair Sales and Fanatec on campaign strategy, budget allocation, and calendar, ensuring Sales has what they need to activate Fanatec campaigns with retail accounts.
- Work with GTM & Campaign Manager to ensure campaigns are supported with the right assets, toolkits and retailer materials.
- Coordinate launch readiness with channel partners in cooperation with channel marketing strategy, ensuring Fanatec products land consistently and impactfully at retail.
- Track channel sell‑through performance by market, account and campaign, feeding insights back into planning and commercial decisions.
MDF planning and budget
- Own Fanatec’s MDF planning process – build monthly MDF plans by account and region, allocating budget to the highest‑impact retail activation opportunities.
- Own the channel marketing budget for campaign activation.
- Track MDF spend and ROI by account, ensuring every pound of co‑op spend is tied to a measurable outcome.
- Represent Fanatec in MDF and co‑op discussions with Corsair Sales and key retail partners.
Team leadership
- Lead and develop a commercial team of BizDev Managers. Set clear priorities, provide commercial direction, and ensure both are operating with full context and accountability.
- Represent the commercial team's work and results to the VP/GM in regular reporting.
North America market recovery
- Work with Corsair’s global sales team to develop Fanatec‑specific account plans, promotional strategies and sell‑in for key retail partners.
- Track market performance (revenue, sell‑through, share of voice) and report regularly to the VP/GM.
- Build and maintain relationships with local community and creator ecosystems that serve a direct commercial purpose, in coordination with the Sr. Director of Marketing.
Sales enablement
- Build and maintain a library of sales enablement materials for use by the Corsair Sales team and channel partners: product positioning, competitive comparisons, pricing guidance and training content.
- Support key account meetings with Fanatec‑specific product knowledge, campaign materials and commercial context.
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure channel materials are aligned with product positioning and MRD outputs.
D2C and channel alignment
- Ensure consistency between channel and D2C on messaging and launch timing – working with Digital Experience and the broader commercial team.
- Flag and escalate channel conflicts or pricing inconsistencies that affect D2C performance.
What we are looking for
- 5 to 8 years of experience in channel marketing, trade marketing or commercial marketing – ideally within consumer electronics, gaming peripherals or a related category.
- Proven track record of planning and executing channel campaigns end to end, including MDF management and retailer activation.
- Strong commercial instinct – you understand what drives sell‑through and can translate product and brand strategy into channel‑relevant activation.
- Comfortable as the interface between marketing and sales – credible in account meetings, fluent in trade language and able to represent Fanatec’s interests clearly.
- Data‑driven – own sell‑through reporting, MDF ROI tracking and market performance analysis.
- Genuine interest in sim racing or motorsport is a strong plus.
