Painter-2

This is a temporary position. Must be hard working, have a great attitude, excellent organization and communication skills, as well as extensive knowledge of all paint products and painting methods.
Working hours are typically Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4:30 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.
Responsibilities Painting interior and exterior buildings campus-wide.
Pressure wash all buildings campus-wide and flats.
Operate high-reach, wet‑sealing, and waterproofing equipment.
Use the company's iPad to obtain, comment, and close out tickets and communicate verbally.
Emergency preparedness and support as directed.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements Hard working with a great attitude, excellent organization and communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of paint products and painting methods including exterior/interior painting, texturing (knock‑down, orange peel, popcorn), wet sealing, waterproofing and pressure washing (steam and soft wash).
Knowledge of operating painting equipment.
Ability to meet all safety guidelines.
Background check, motor‑vehicle record (MVR) and physical examination upon hiring.
