Salary: £40,000-£50,000 OTE (DOE)

The opportunity
We're working with a market-leading independent estate agency in Dorchester to recruit an experienced Sales Manager . This is a key hire for someone who can lead from the front—driving instructions, developing a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional service to vendors and buyers.

What you'll be doing

Managing the day-to-day performance of the residential sales team

Driving new business through valuations, viewings and strong local networking

Converting valuations into instructions and maximising market share

Coaching and developing negotiators to consistently hit targets and KPIs

Overseeing the pipeline from offer through to completion (with strong sales progression focus)

Ensuring compliance and best practice across the branch

Working closely with senior leadership to deliver growth plans and improve performance

What we're looking for

Strong background in residential estate agency sales (Senior Negotiator / Assistant Manager / Sales Manager level)

Proven record of winning instructions and delivering results

Confident, hands-on leader who can motivate, coach and performance-manage

Commercially minded with excellent local market awareness (Dorchester/Dorset ideal)

Professional, polished communicator with a customer-first approach

Full UK driving licence
