Seeking a strategic and transformational Vice President of Talent, Transformation & Technology, this full-time remote position will lead Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and HR Technology initiatives while driving enterprise-wide improvements in HR practices and organizational capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to enhance talent acquisition and improve hiring efficiency
Build and oversee compensation strategies, including market benchmarking and equitable pay practices
Lead the modernization of HR technology systems and ensure effective governance and data integrity
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with expertise in Talent Acquisition and HR Technology
Experience building enterprise compensation programs and job architecture frameworks
Proven ability to lead HR technology implementations and digital transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of workforce analytics and data-driven decision making
