Floor Manager Position at Fearless Restaurant Group
We are part of Fearless Restaurant Group, a multi-concept group of 10 independent restaurants based in Philadelphia, PA and Long Beach Island, NJ. We own and operate White Dog Café, a contemporary American restaurant known for award‑winning cuisine and friendly service.

We are looking for a driven, energetic leader to manage and mentor a team of 50‑75 employees in a high‑volume setting. The candidate should enjoy coaching, have a strong work ethic, and lead with empathy and dignity.

Location
Division: White Dog Café – Glen Mills, PA

Employment Type
Full‑time. Work hours 48‑55 hours per week. Must be able to stand 11+ hours a day and work full‑time schedule.

Position Requirements

1+ years of restaurant experience in a high-volume, excellence‑driven environment

Love interacting with guests and creating raves

Excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industry

Drive to meet or exceed standards of operational excellence

Outstanding written and verbal communication acumen

Restaurant scheduling, inventory and purchasing

Conflict resolution

Special event execution

Wine, beer, and spirit knowledge preferred

Food Safety Knowledge; must have ServSafe Food Handlers license

Experience working with POS systems

Recruiting, staff education, and motivation

RAMP certification required

Must be able to stand 11+ hours a day

Must be able to change a keg

Must be able to card all guests under 30 years of age

Must be fluent English; conversational Spanish preferred

Salary and Benefits

Salary range: $55,000‑$65,000 plus monthly bonus program
