Wealth Sales Enablement Content Manager

Job Summary

This position is in office and open to anyone within the Huntington footprint. Annual salary range: $70,000 - $140,000.
Responsibilities

Lead insights content strategy for the Wealth organization in partnership with the Sales Enablement Leader, ensuring alignment with business goals, objectives, and market trends.
Manage insights content and insight‑based sales tools to support Wealth Sales Enablement, infusing all programs and content with Huntington’s brand.
Provide strategy and leadership around the creation of sales tools for the market, assessing incoming requests to determine value and scope of work, and working with the Sales Enablement Team and key stakeholders to develop insight‑based sales tools and presentations.
Monitor industry, marketing, and sales enablement technology trends to keep content current and deliverable in formats readily leveraged through technology.
Cultivate strong relationships with the segment marketing team and the Wealth segment, creating high‑value deliverables and managing partnerships with content vendors such as ShowPad.
Provide project management for existing content, evaluate relevance and tone, write updated copy, and ensure all marketing and sales tools meet brand and quality standards.
Drive thought leadership strategies, collaborating across the segment and enterprise to identify subject matter experts for content development and interviews.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
5–7 years of experience with content marketing or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications

Strategy and business planning experience.
Demonstrated project management and execution excellence.
Strong copywriting and editing background.
Experience with content management software.
Strong organizational abilities, including time and resource management.
Leadership abilities fostering learning and excellence among team members.
Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment, accept and give feedback freely, solve problems, and collaborate effectively.
