Job Description

We are seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional coordination across events, field enablement, analyst relations, and partner engagement, ensuring execution of strategic programs that span multiple teams and stakeholders. In this role, you will own end-to-end program scheduling, content quality, and stakeholder alignment across marketing, sales, and product organizations to deliver high-impact customer-facing experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream programs that require strong communication, organizational rigor, and the ability to influence.
The position focuses on cross-functional coordination across AI initiatives, enablement, analyst relations, and events.
Key Responsibilities

AI League

program coordination (events, account teams, sales organization)
Sales organization & partner enablement (webinar series, customer stories, demos, office hours)
Analyst relations coordination (briefing materials for Gartner, etc.)
Event session coordination (content quality, technical depth, message consistency)
