Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of e-commerce shoots
Assist in building and maintaining detailed production schedules and in house studio schedule in partnership with the Director
Provide on-set support to ensure the shoot day runs smoothly, including pacing and shot tracking
Serve as a point of contact between internal teams and freelancers on set as needed
Build and distribute call sheets for all shoots
Coordinate daily catering orders for set
Ensure the studio is organized and reset at the end of each shoot day
Partner with post‑production to confirm all files are properly uploaded at the end of shoots
Track invoices and expenses for e-commerce and editorial shoots
Support end‑of‑month budget reporting with the Director
Assist with casting coordination in partnership with the creative and production teams
Provide regular status updates to the production team on timelines and deliverables
Coordinate with the still life studio team to book freelance support as needed and track related invoices and budget
Manage and order studio supplies
Provide occasional support for social media and creative shoots as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in photoshoot production, studio coordination, or project management in a creative environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
Proactive problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on set
Familiarity with talent coordination and casting processes is a plus
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Adobe Creative Suite and Google Docs preferred

Salary Range: $57,500.00 - $71,250.00
