Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a sales professional to manage our global customer relationship with one of the largest companies in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory with customers

Meet or exceed revenue targets

Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan

Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services

Accelerate customer adoption

Maintain a robust sales pipeline

Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption

Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, identify and bring specialists to assist when needed

Manage contract negotiations

Ensure customer satisfaction

Expect moderate travel

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

9+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C‑level executives

Preferred Qualifications

Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions‑focused approach or equivalent

Experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record

Experience with AWS and technology as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)

Experience working with large global teams

Your base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
