Designer / Art Director
We are seeking a Designer / Art Director to support our seasonal in-store experience marketing campaigns. This role will partner with our internal store experience creative teams to deliver high-level campaign concepts through final execution for our in-store seasonal experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, visual world building skills along with hands-on design capabilities. Photo art direction experience with product, talent, style, and fashion is a plus.
Location Requirement: Candidates must be local and available to work onsite 2-3 days per week. Regular onsite participation is required for store walkthroughs, prototyping, creative reviews, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop high-level creative concepts and seasonal campaign themes
Translate campaign concepts into marketing deliverables for in-store seasonal campaigns, as well as deliver creative assets for other seasonal brand channels
Create creative presentations, mood boards, and pre-production decks to communicate campaign vision and execution plans
Partner with designers, art directors, writers, production teams, producers, creative directors, and marketing teams throughout the creative development process
Concept, design and art direct from high-level theme through final asset delivery for production teams
Ensure creative consistency across seasonal campaigns and brand touchpoints
Collaborate closely with internal teams and translate feedback into creative solutions that aligns with business and marketing objectives
Required Skills & Experience:
5–7+ years of professional Design & Art Direction experience
Deeply attuned to culture, retail trends and evolving guest behaviors
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual strength and high craft standards in retail, brand, campaign, design, typography and photo art direction skills
Proven experience developing and executing seasonal marketing campaigns
Strong design experience seeing work through concept development into post-production
Experience creating and presenting creative concepts, mood boards, and pre-production materials
Ability to translate high-level campaign themes into customer-facing marketing assets
Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative, marketing, and production teams
Strong visual storytelling, composition, and brand design sensibilities
Ability to manage multiple projects within the seasonal campaigns simultaneously
Expert knowledge of all CS software and the Mac platform.
