SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responds to inquiries received through phone, mail, and face‑to‑face contact with clients about services. Provides support to the organization by delivering excellent customer service, typing, copying, filing, data entry, and other administrative duties. Covers front‑desk duties by answering the phone, greeting clients and visitors, scheduling appointments, and entering client information into an automated system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides excellent customer experience; returns phone calls and e‑mails within 24 hours and updates voicemail/out‑of‑office e‑mail using a pleasant tone and helpful attitude.
Performs administrative duties such as typing, copying, filing, and data entry. Answers the phone, greets clients and visitors, schedules appointments, and enters client information into an automated system.
Prevents and resolves problems and offers recommendations for improving services.
Attends meetings and participates on committees as assigned. Maintains appropriate communication with other employees and works as an effective team member of the customer experience team.
Meets all required trainings for Centerstone.

Effectively communicates via written, verbal, in‑person, and virtual methods.
Knowledge of confidentiality guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level : High school diploma or equivalent
Years of Experience
Must type 50–55 words per minute.
Strong preference: three years in customer or administrative support to a team or multiple individuals.
Preferred: two years in a medical office setting.
