Job Description
To assist University Audio-Visual Department with AV Setups and Classroom Technology.
Responsibilities
Assist with AV setups for classroom technology, including loading PowerPoint presentations onto projectors or TVs.
Support student work desk duties to allow time for studying.
Work flexible hours, including possible evening and weekend events (rare, usually 1-2 hours).
Set up public announcement speakers, projection equipment, and connect devices to projectors or televisions.
Advanced duties involve making calls or video conference connections with Video Conference Room Systems.
Work in a technical environment but no prior experience is required; on‑job training provided.
Compensation
Pay Rate: $10.00 to $11.00 per hour plus overtime for afterhours and weekend events. Hours up to the maximum allowed by your work‑study category.
Hours and Schedule
Scheduled Hours: 22 per week. Start Date: 10/17/2025. End Date: 05/15/2026.
