Program Coordinator, Corporate Engagement Center

Program Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of programs, events, and constituent engagement activities that advance the Center’s work. The role works closely with directors, university partners, and external stakeholders to implement programs and events, produce engagement materials, manage attendee and constituent information, and support relationship‑building efforts across the Center’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct research on corporate partners and potential partners to develop and produce internal and external materials, including proposals, presentations, reports, memos, briefing documents, and other engagement resources.
Plan, coordinate, and implement corporate‑facing programs and events, including receptions, meetings, site visits, football hospitality, and other special events.
Manage event communications, materials, and logistics, including invitations, registrations, agendas, attendee lists, briefing packets, space reservations, catering, vendor coordination, and follow‑up correspondence.
Support constituent engagement activities by maintaining attendee and constituent information, coordinating outreach and communications, and preparing reports and summaries to support relationship management and event assessment.
Enter, update, and monitor fundraising and campaign goals in AWA and maintain accurate information across systems such as AWA, Salesforce, and SIMS to support proposal workflow, reporting, and program execution.
Develop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for directors and leadership, translating data into clear and actionable information.
Review and coordinate gift, corporate funding, and sponsored program information, including research, validation, reconciliation, and follow‑up with partner offices to resolve outstanding items.
Work collaboratively with university leadership, staff, and external partners to support the successful delivery of programs, events, and engagement activities.
Organize and maintain records, files, marketing materials, invitations, and other program resources to support ongoing operations and compliance.
May supervise administrative staff, student workers, temporary staff, volunteers, and/or event support personnel as assigned, and assist with onboarding, office coordination, and other program support responsibilities as needed.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience planning, coordinating, and implementing programs or events in corporate engagement, advancement, alumni relations, higher education, or a similarly complex environment.
Experience developing event communications and materials, including invitations, agendas, attendee lists, reports, and briefing documents.
Experience managing event reservations, registrations, logistics, and post‑event follow‑up.
Experience working with CRM and enterprise systems such as Ellucian Advance, Salesforce, SIMS, or similar platforms.
Experience producing recurring and ad hoc reports and translating data into clear summaries for leadership or program decision‑making.
Familiarity with fundraising operations, proposal workflows, sponsored program activity, or related university business processes.
Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated judgment, attention to detail, and professionalism in handling sensitive information and high‑visibility activities.
Minimum Education, Work Experience & Required Certifications

Constituent Programming and Events Officer – Advanced Professional

– Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted. Required Certifications: None.
Constituent Programming and Events Officer – Intermediate Professional

– Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted. Required Certifications: None.
Background Checks/Clearances

Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks. Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $49,188.00 – $78,444.00.
